If the probation date has been changed in user's profile after the ripple has been created, action a refresh of the ripple step:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Go to Settings then select Ripple.
Click on the one in question then click on the recycle bin icon.
Choose Yes then click Save on the top of the page.
Click back on the ripple then click on Add Step.
Select Task to create the step again then click Next.
Click Save once the details have been added.
Click Save on the top of the page to save the entire ripple.
If the above hasn't resolved the issue, raise a case and provide the following details:
Ripple name.
Query name that is related to it.
Screenshots showing the notifications being sent when they shouldn't.
Name of affected employees.
