Within the files section this may show symbols within the email template sent to the applicant.
This is a hard copy and is showing some formatting that is applied to the email, this should not show in the email sent to the applicant and will show as normal without any symbols.
To reduce any formatting that is not supported by the system you can strip the formatting of any text from an external source such as word.
Email templates in ATS are corrupt
Emails are showing as having symbols within them when looking in the applicant files section.
