Archive a company document

Archive a company document.

To archive a company document:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Click Documents then browse to the document location.

    πŸ“ŒNote: You can only view active documents.

  3. For the relevant document, under Action, click the three-dot menu.

  4. Click Archive.

To view the archived document, tick Show Archived Documents, and the document will show the status Yes in the Archived column.
