The users that are assigned to the no work pattern and have the entitlement measured in days, when booking a holiday, the system will take one day off from their entitlement by default.

For users who have their entitlement measured in hours and are assigned to a no work pattern, when they add a holiday, they are able to select how many hours the holiday is.

For any users that have the entitlement measured in hours and are assigned to a work pattern, when they add a holiday on their planner, the number of hours specified on the work pattern for that day will be taken out of their entitlement.
