The integration with Access Payroll will send all new starters across to Payroll when added to the system. Currently, there isn't a way to set which groups of users are sent from PeopleHR.
If a user doesn't need to be processed in payroll, they can be removed within Access Payroll.
Stop new starters sending to Access Payroll
Prevent certain users sending to Payroll.
