If employees are unable to book holidays on the planner for next year, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Click the relevant employee then click the Planner tab.
Click Settings then check the Next Year field.
If the Next Year field is empty, you need to populate it so that employees can add records. If it's already populated and an employee still can't book holidays, you need to assign them to a different holiday year and then assign them back to the correct one.
