Manger receiving updates for users that are not in their team

Ensure the users that are showing in any recap emails are not part of their indirect reporting line as these users will still show within the emails for managers.

If a manager is receiving emails showing past holidays to approve for users they have previously managed, they are required to action the requests because they were made at the time the manager was the approver.
