To check whether the TOIL entitlement is correct, create a query on TOIL, then export it. Using the exported data, manually check to ensure the entitlement showing in the employee's profile is correct.

If the TOIL entitlement is incorrect, raise a case and mention:
Employee's name.
The results of your calculation.
The correct TOIL entitlement the employee should have.
πNote: Make sure that the values are added correctly, for example, someone might have added 10 TOIL days and then deducted 15.
