If the hotsheet data is not showing what is expected there could be a couple of reasons as to why:
The query itself may not be set up to show the data as you expect.
Example: A hotsheet for logbook approval requests will only show those that have gone through an approval process within the query builder.
The hotsheet has not been set up to automatically update when opened. To opt for the data to reflect what is shown in the system, click Auto Refresh. If this is not selected you would need to select the option Run All Queries when you open up the sheet.
