Additional fields won't show on the Moorepay extract if included in the query as the fields and format are set as a default via the integration tool.
Additional information will need to be exported separately from the system via queries to upload into Moorepay.
Can you edit the query for Moorepay?
Can you add more fields to the Payroll : Moorepay Core Extract query.
