Changing work patterns updates previous holidays

When changing the work pattern for employees, the holiday duration for pre-booked holidays are changed.

When changing the work pattern for an employee, the system will update the duration of the holidays that fall after the Effective Date of the new work pattern, in order to match the new working day duration.

The change of the work pattern will only change the duration of the holidays that fall after the effective date, even if they were booked prior to the work pattern change.

If this is not the case, raise a case with us mentioning:

  • The name of the relevant employee.

  • The dates of the relevant holidays.

  • A screenshot of the error/issue.

  • How many users are affected.

  • That you have granted us access to your system so we can investigate further.
