Change the holiday duration for holidays that were uploaded in bulk actions

Holidays are not showing the correct duration hours.

To change the duration for the holidays to correspond with the work pattern hours, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Bulk Actions then click Employee Settings.

  3. Select Assign Work Pattern.

  4. Select only one employee from those showing the wrong holiday duration.

  5. Change the work pattern to another one with different hours, then click Save.

  6. Repeat the same process and assign the same employee to the right work pattern.
