Additional managers can't view emergency contact details

Some of the additional line managers on employee profiles can't access emergency contact details. Is this correct.

By default, additional managers won't have access to the user's contacts tab.

If you want them to have it, you can edit their access rights by following the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Click Overview, then click Edit Access Rights.

  3. Click on Contacts and set to Update.

  4. Click Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: There is no view-only option for this, therefore users with edit access rights for contacts would be able to update this information.
