The page has refreshed while completing a performance review before saving, and the user lost the information.

This could be due to exceeding the Session TimeOut Period while filling the review's information.

To avoid having your session ended:

  1. Ensure you have the maximum timeout duration of 55 minutes.

    1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

    2. Click Settings then click the Company tab.

    3. Populate Session TimeOut Period field with 55.

    4. Add a reason, then click Save.

  2. Save the review's responses frequently while typing.
