To fix this, the system admin of the company needs to check the Members tab within Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) to ensure that the consultant profile is active and has access to PeopleHR:
To search for the consultant's name in Access Evo members, you will need to tick the Include deactivated option within the filters.
Select the consultant name, then the three dots at the top right.
On the bottom of the list, click the option to activate their account.
Once active, select the three dots again and click Manage Roles.
Select the User role for PeopleHR and click Save.
If there is no account showing or they still do not have access to the company in the dropdown option:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings, then Consultant.
Check they are listed as a consultant:
If they are not listed, you will need to add them using the + icon.
If they are listed you will need to remove them and add them back in.
