This article explains how the Integration works for people who have more than one PeopleHR site.
How does this Integration work with more than one PeopleHR site?
Each of your existing PeopleHR sites is connected to an individual Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) organisation.
PeopleHR to Access Evo is a 1:1 relationship.
User data flows from the PeopleHR site to the connected Access Evo.
📌Note: Users only have access to the Access Evo site which is Integrated with the PeopleHR site they're currently a user on.
Example scenarios
Scenario one
Joe Bloggs is a user in PeopleHR site A, not B then they have access to Access Evo A only.
Scenario two
Joe Bloggs is a user in PeopleHR sites A and B with unique login details for each then they now have access to both Access Evo A and B separately.
If a user has multiple accounts across PeopleHR sites, as login details to each PeopleHR site are unique, users only have access to one Access Evo Org, using each set of credentials.
Who are my Access Evo admins?
If you already have a Access Evo, we don't update the admins. No impact on this site.
For the new additional Access Evo, the PeopleHR notification admin is set as the Access Evo admin.
You can update admins through the member's area at any time.
