The Bradford Factor feature is currently available only on the desktop version.
If you wish this to be available on the mobile app, post your suggestion to the Ideas Portal, and it will be reviewed by the Product team for a potential future improvement.
Can employees see the Bradford Factor score on the mobile app?
Employees who use only the mobile app are unable to see their Bradford Factor scores.
