Create a query on tasks

Create a report on outstanding tasks.

To create a query for a task, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Queries, then click the plus (+) icon to create a new query.

  3. On the left-hand side, select Notifications.

  4. On the right-hand side, check the following fields:

    • Notification For

    • Notification Text

    • Notification Date

    • Action By

  5. Click Next then apply a filter on Notification Text.

  6. From the dropdown menu, choose Contains.

  7. Click type Task and select the relevant task.

  8. Name your query and click Next again to complete the setup.
