To create a query for a task, please follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Queries, then click the plus (+) icon to create a new query.
On the left-hand side, select Notifications.
On the right-hand side, check the following fields:
Notification For
Notification Text
Notification Date
Action By
Click Next then apply a filter on Notification Text.
From the dropdown menu, choose Contains.
Click type Task and select the relevant task.
Name your query and click Next again to complete the setup.
