To create a query on the scorecards' answers:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Queries then click the plus + icon.
In the left-hand list, select Applicant.
In the right-hand side selection area, you can select any option suited for the desired results, but you must include:
Scorecard Type.
Recommendation.
Overall Score.
Notes.
Scorecard Category.
Scorecard Question.
Scorecard Answer.
Click Next twice, then name the query.
Click Save to see the results.
πNote: To only return results where a scorecard has been added, on the Filters tab, select Scorecard Question as Non blank.
