Query on applicant's scorecards answers

Create a query or a report on scorecards.

To create a query on the scorecards' answers:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Queries then click the plus + icon.

  3. In the left-hand list, select Applicant.

  4. In the right-hand side selection area, you can select any option suited for the desired results, but you must include:

    • Scorecard Type.

    • Recommendation.

    • Overall Score.

    • Notes.

    • Scorecard Category.

    • Scorecard Question.

    • Scorecard Answer.

  5. Click Next twice, then name the query.

  6. Click Save to see the results.

πŸ“ŒNote: To only return results where a scorecard has been added, on the Filters tab, select Scorecard Question as Non blank.
