Unable to access the test user

Error: 'Your account is configured to use an external service for authentication. Please use the password you would normally use for Azure.'

You can set up a test user as you add any other user in the system.

If you don't have access to the email address linked to the profile, use an email address you have access to. To do this:

  1. Click the Employees tab, then select the record in question.

  2. Click on their Personal tab, and then click on Email Address.

  3. Update it accordingly.

πŸ“ŒNote: By clicking on the clock icon next to the Email Address field, you will be able to see the history of changes so you will have access to the previous email addresses.
