If you are unable to edit the filters, this is because it has already been opened in an employee's performance tab. You are unable to edit a performance template if there is a record of this review In Progress in an employee's record.

To edit it:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Locate the employee's record.

  3. Go into their Performance tab.

  4. Click on the open review.

πŸ“ŒNote: If the employee or manager has not input information in any segment yet, you can simply delete the review.

If the information has been added already, it's advised to discuss it with the employee or manager - they may be happy to delete and start again or they may prefer to complete and close the review.

If you don't know which employees have a review open, you can create a query following the steps below to find out.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Queries then click the plus + icon.

  3. In the first column, select Performance then select the following:

    • Performance Name

    • Performance Start Date

    • Employee Performance Status

    • Manager Performance Status

  4. Click Next then apply the relevant filters.

  5. Click Next then enter a name, description and category.

  6. Click Next then click Options.

  7. Select Include leavers and Show history.

  8. Click Save.

As an admin, you will not appear in the query. Therefore, you need to ensure that you don't have the review in progress either. Also, as an admin, you will be able to delete other users' performance reviews but your own. Another admin will have to action this for you.

Once the open review has been deleted or closed, go back into the performance template to edit it:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Go to Settings then select Performance.

  3. Click on the one in question and edit it accordingly.

  4. Click Save.
