Managing salary entitlements and deductions in Paycircle

Add salary entitlements and deductions in Paycircle.

Adding salary deductions and entitlements in PeopleHR for Paycircle will allow you to action the change and for it to appear simultaneously in Paycircle.

To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Employees tab and select the employee you wish to add the change to.

  2. On the Personal tab and select the pencil icon next to their current salary record.

  3. Click either Deductions or Entitlements, then fill out the details for the change and Save.

  4. Make sure you have added a future effective date, reason for change and then Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: We don't support back-dated payments. If you add an entitlement with the date of the last period, it will apply to the current date and the periods after. You will have to send a one-off payment to cover the period you missed.
