Address not updated in Paycircle

Why hasn't the address field from PeopleHR not synced over to Paycircle correctly.

For the address field in PeopleHR to correctly sync over to Paycircle the entire address field must be filled out as per the example below.

If any of the fields in this detail are not complete, then the address will not sync across to Paycircle.

To check the current address to see if it has all the fields completed, go to.

  1. Me then click Contacts.

  2. Click the pencil icon then fill out any blank fields.

  3. Click Save.
