If you are unable to log into your system or access the Digital Assistant to raise case you will need to phone through to the support team to get help.
โ ๏ธImportant: Only entitled support contacts are able to get access to the phone number. If you phone through and you are not on the entitlement we will not be able to assist you.
To access the phone number on the portal you will need to follow the steps below.
Log in to the customer success portal then select click Create a case.
Provide information about your query then click Next.
Click Give Us A Call then you will see the phone number.
๐คTip: It will be easier for an agent to confirm who you are if you prepare the following details:
The email you use to log into the system.
Your account number
Any existing case reference number
