Logbook PDF Download
You can now download a logbook as a PDF directly from PeopleHR, making it easy to share records outside the system or print them for meetings.
When viewing a logbook, use the new Download PDF button to generate and save the file instantly.
What's included in the PDF:
For admins, the PDF includes a header showing the logbook name, the employee it relates to, the date created and downloaded, manager and employee access levels, and approval details where applicable. The main body contains all logbook fields in the same order they appear on screen.
Employees and managers with access to view or update a logbook can also download it. Any fields marked as private are automatically excluded from the PDF.
Bug fixes
Fixed an issue where the welcome email was triggered for all employees incorrectly.
Fixed a bug where cover letters could not be previewed in ATS.
Changing work pattern in bulk no longer updates the entitlement.
Fixed an issue causing oops error when creating a vacancy.
Create new report option does not show when report writer license is turned off.
