The Team Calendar shows managers and admins their team's leave and time in a calendar, with employee schedules in weekly or monthly views.

There are two versions of the Team Calendar:

  • Team Calendar v1: a read-only view of your team's leave and working time. You can't change leave from it. It's available to all customers.

  • Team Calendar v2: an interactive version that also lets you add, update and delete leave from the calendar.

📌Note: Team Calendar v2 is in early adoption and isn't available to all customers yet.

Watch the v1 video for a full overview of the Team Calendar:

What employees and managers see

The Team Calendar works the same way as the company planner. Admins see all information. Employees and managers see information based on the viewing levels in your company planner settings. For details, see company planner viewing levels.
