Why old reviews appear
Weekly recap emails list every outstanding performance review that has a completion date, even when nothing is open on the employee's record. Remove the completion date from the review to stop it appearing.

Remove the completion date
Click Access Button
, then click HR Admin.
Click Settings, then click Performance.
Select the review, then select No Completion Date.
Click Save.
