Before you start
A query is a custom report you build from PeopleHR data. A performance query only shows employees whose review has one of these statuses:
Open
In Progress
Shared
Closed
Employees who haven't started their review don't appear, so you need two queries: one that lists all employees and one that lists everyone with a review. You then compare the two in Excel.
đ Note: This article covers the performance module in PeopleHR, not Access Employee Performance in Access Evo.
Create a query of all employees
Click Access Button
, then click HR Admin.
Click Queries, then click Create A New Query.
Select Employee Details, then select these fields:
First Name
Last Name
Click Export to Excel, then click Save.
Create a query of employees with a review
Click Create A New Query, then select Performance.
Select these fields from the list on the right:
Performance Name
Employee Performance Status
Click Export to Excel, then click Save.
Compare the results
Copy all the results from the second query and paste them next to the first query in Excel. Any employee who appears in the first list but not the second hasn't opened their review.
đ Note: Hotsheets lets you export both queries to the same Excel file.
