Performance reviews on the mobile app
Performance reviews aren't available on the PeopleHR mobile app. Instead, use Pulse in the app. Pulse sends short surveys to specific groups of employees, collects instant feedback and keeps all the answers in one place.
đ Note: This article covers the performance module in PeopleHR, not Access Employee Performance in Access Evo.
đ Note: You can also run a query on the Pulse results. A query is a custom report you build from PeopleHR data.
