There may be times when you need to edit the email in a ripple. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click Ripple.
Select the relevant ripple.
Next to the email step, click the pencil icon.
The table below outlines the main options you may need when creating an email for your ripple.

Formatting | When you paste text from Word, strip all formatting from the original document, such as eliminating bold, italics, colour, and bullet points, or copy the text and paste it into the notepad application on your PC. Then copy the text from Notepad and paste it into the PeopleHR editor. |
