Merge tags not pulling correctly through in Ripple

Names not pulling through on the ripple workflow.

If the merge tags within your ripple workflow are not working correctly, you need to refresh them by following the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings, then click on the Ripple tab.

  3. Access the relevant ripple, then click the pencil icon next to the email step.

  4. To ensure the merge tags are copied exactly how they appear in the merge tab list, remove and re-add them.

  5. Save the ripple after making the amendments, then run a manual test by adding the ripple to your profile to ensure these pull through.

If they still don't work:

  1. Cut the HTML text, then click on the Design option.

  2. Click back into HTML and paste it, then click Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: For any logbook merge tags, you must ensure that there are no full stops at the end of the field names, or special characters such as dashes, double dashes, or double spaces within the logbook name.
