To check whether you have the designer license for logbooks, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click Licenses.
From the Designer list, you have one of the following:
Green tick: This means you have a designer licence.
Red cross: This means you don't have a designer licence.
If you don't have a license but would like one, get in touch with the accounts management team by heading to the account support link then follow the steps in the link.
