Query on a logbook request information

How do I know when a manager added a logbook.

A query on logbook request information will allow you to see all the information relevant to a logbook request.

n order for the query to show information relevant to logbook authorisations, you will need to ensure that you have an active logbook authorisation rule. If you don't have a rule, you will need to create one for logbooks.

To find out this information, you can build a query on this. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Queries then click [+] to create a new query.

  3. Select Logbook Request then the following items:

    • Logbook Screen.

    • Logbook Approved By.

    • Logbook Requested Date

    • Logbook Requested By.

    • Logbook Action.

    • Logbook Actioned Date [delete/new/updated].

  4. Click Next then filter on the logbook Screen field.

  5. Set the filter, Equals: The logbook name then click Next.

  6. Give the query a name then click Save.

To check the authorisation process's information for logbooks:

  1. Go to Authorisation tab then select Logbook.

  2. Hover over Quick Filters then select a relevant option from the following:

    • Pending.

    • Decided.

    • All.

  3. Search the employee's name to find information about the authorisation request.
