There may be times when you need to update an employee's work pattern. In PeopleHR, you can do this for one employee individually or, if you need to update multiple employees, you can assign work patterns in bulk.

To update an individual employee's work pattern, watch the video or follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Click the relevant employee then click the Planner tab.
From the Settings drop-down menu, select the relevant work pattern.
Enter the following information:
Effective Date: Specify when the employee starts on this work pattern.
Contracted Hours: These match the value entered in the work pattern.
Full Time Hours: Enter the number of hours the employee works per week.
Full Time Entitlement: Enter how many hours or days holiday a full time employee receives for a full working holiday year, to calculate the pro-rata entitlement.
Click Save.
