Schedule plugin to repeat

How to automate these backups using the Plugin tool.

Once you have made a plugin request, you can schedule it to run automatically. To do so, follow the below steps:

  1. As PeopleHR admin, click Plugins then click Requests.

  2. Click Schedule.

  3. Select accordingly:

    • Description: Enter a relevant schedule name.

    • Start date: Enter when you want the schedule to begin.

    • End date: Enter when you want to stop the schedule. To repeat continuously, leave it blank.

    • Repeat every: Enter the time frame for repetition.

    • Status: You can set this as inactive at any time.

    • Select the days you wish to run this on: For example, you may not wish for notifications to push through on weekends.

  4. Click Save.
