If you see this error message when you attempt to approve holidays via email, this is cause by a security software that scans the emails and automatically opens links in the background.

This doesn't affect the outcome of the action in the email; it just scans the link before opening and therefore, PeopleHR recognises that the holiday is already approved.

To resolve this, contact your IT support so they can stop the security software from doing this. We also recommend that they whitelist our email servers.
๐Note: Because this is caused by the security software on your computer, the PeopleHR support team are unable to support with this.
Alternatively, you can disable the option to approve requests via email. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click the Holiday & Absence tab.
Clear the Authorise Holidays From Email check box.
๐Note: The mail scanning software can have an effect on this, which should be fixed by disabling it.
