In PeopleHR you can set up a holiday reminder email to send to the manager if they have not yet approved an employee's holiday. This email will trigger a chosen number of days before the day that the holiday is booked for, only if it has not yet been authorised.

To set up these emails you can follow the steps below.

πŸ“ŒNote: You will need to be an admin to action this.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then select Email.

  3. Click Turn On and choose how many days before the holiday to alert the manager.

πŸ“ŒNote: If set to five and a holiday is booked for the 15th, the manager receives an email on the 10th for authorization and daily reminders until the 15th.
