This article explains the Access Button update for the application and the integration with Access Evo (previously Access Workspace).
Access Evo for PeopleHR
As PeopleHR is part of The Access Group, we’re pleased to say Access Evo is now available for you.
To fully cover how PeopleHR works with Access Evo, we've created an admin guide and a non-admin guide for you.
Access Evo
Access Evo transforms business software, dramatically improving engagement, visibility, and productivity.
What’s changing
When you next log in, you see a new login page and a new Access Button. From here, you can find any of the products that you've purchased and access a whole range of tools and sample apps to use and explore.
We have five great PeopleHR apps for employee self-service:
My Holiday
Documents
My Sick Leave
My Other Events
My TOIL
In addition to this, all Access Evo users can add these handy apps to their dashboard:
A noticeboard
Sticky notes
RSS feed
Twitter feed
Access Learning Lite
Included as part of Access Evo, Access Learning Lite gives you the tools you need to assign, track and manage learning throughout your business. You can provide your employees with a selection of free eLearning courses accessible via desktop or mobile, share video links, and give your administrators and managers the ability to track and report on learning progress.
To get to Access Learning Lite, login, click Access Button then click Learning. From here you can browse the learning content available to you and your teams.
If you don’t want to see Access Learning Lite from your Access Button, you can always disable it.
Access Engage Lite
We’d also like to introduce you to Access Engage Lite, a social space for all employees.
Access Engage Lite helps you kick-start a culture of engagement within your company. It's a light-touch version of Access Engage, a social stream, where everyone can post updates, images, add likes and comments about what’s going on in the company, and stay in the loop.
It’s simple to use and keeps everyone in touch, in a familiar, social way.
Get Access Engage Lite
All users have Access Engage Lite turned on. Administrators can see Access Engage in their Access Button and can enable other members of the organisation to view Access Engage Lite.
