The suite of PeopleHR apps in Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) currently includes:
Documents.
My Holiday.
My TOIL.
All customers who are integrated with Access Evo can see these apps. To check if you're integrated, click Access Button , and check whether you have the More Apps option.
Add apps to Access Evo
To add these apps to your Access Evo dashboard, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click More Apps.
Click + Add App then search the relevant apps then click Add to Access Evo.
Documents app
This app allows you to view and sign your documents and view company documents. In addition, managers can view and sign the documents they can access for their team members.
You can use the tabs to navigate between your pending, personal, company, and team documents.
My Holiday app
In the My Holiday app, you can book holidays and see an overview of:
Total yearly holiday allowance.
How many days you've booked so far.
How many days do you have left to book.
My TOIL app
In this app, you can book and view TOIL, and see when your TOIL days are due to expire. You can also see the history of your booked TOIL and remaining balances.
