Ensure you aren't querying multiple areas of the system in one report and that the query isn't picking up information from past years.

If you wish to report on holidays, other events, and sickness, build a separate report for each leave type. You can then export your reports as CSV files and edit the information in Excel.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you report on holiday and the instances are separate, it will always show as different lines within the query.

If you're creating a report on Annual Leave entitlement, select the Annual Leave Start Date field and then filter this by This Year. Otherwise, the query pulls through the entitlement for all past years and this will create duplicates.

If you're still experiencing the issue, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article, confirming the following details:

  • CSV file of your query.

  • Name of the query in the system.

πŸ€“Tip: Anything that is part of the employee details default column can be selected with another one main area.

As a reference point, everything down to Is Mobile App User? can be selected with another main area on the query.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you are querying on an applicant question and answer, filter on the vacancy and applicant question field to stop the duplicates occurring.
