These issues happen either when the text or image in the advert has not been formatted correctly. To resolve this for text, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click ATS.
Click Vacancies then click the relevant vacancy.
Click Job Information then, in the Job Description editor, select all, copy and press Delete on your keyboard.
Click <> HTML then select all text and delete the whole code.
Click Save then open the vacancy again.
Under Job Description, paste your content as plain text.
🤓Tip: Select all text then click the Strip All Formatting
icon.
Click Save.
To resolve for images, if the image still has the resizing options against this the position hasn't been set, click <> HTML, then Design, and Save.
