PeopleHR cannot automatically delete data.

Due to GDPR and ISO regulations, once data is deleted from your side of the system, we're unable to store this. Therefore, this is then wiped from our system and is irretrievable.

The reason we don't have the ability for users to be able to delete data in bulk is that if employee data is removed from the system, we're unable to correct this for you as it will not be stored in the backend.

As well as this, we're prohibited to delete information in bulk from our side, as this is your data.

If data needs to be removed after a certain period, you can report on the data you would need to find, so that you know what needs to be deleted.
