Update salary amount in bulk

Change salaries in bulk actions without an Excel worksheet.

As a PeopleHR admin, you can update the salary records in bulk. You can either:


Add fixed percentage or amount increase

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Bulk Actions, then select Salary, and click Salary.

  3. Filter for the relevant employees.

    • Specific Employee(s): You apply this change to the specific employees only.

    • Exclude Employee(s): You don't apply the change to these employees.

  4. Click Test rule, then click Next.

  5. Select whether you want a fixed percentage or a fixed amount increase, then enter the relevant salary amount.

  6. In the Reason for Change list, select a relevant reason, and click Save.
