You may already have a document saved on an external file that you wish to add to an area of the system.

When you paste text from Word, the PeopleHR editor tries to format the text as best it can, but it will not be the same, hence why you may find that things are all over the place.

To avoid this issue, paste the text into a Notepad file then copy and paste it in our Text Editor. Alternatively, after you paste your content, select all text then click the Strip All Formatting icon.
You will then need to use the tools within the text editor to edit the text.
πNote: The text editor field is in the process of being updated, we do not currently have a timeframe of when this is going to be applied to the system.
