If your PeopleHR system doesn't trigger emails for authorisation requests, please ensure Self Service is not deactivated. When deactivated, the system doesn't trigger email notifications.

If your company's Self Service is activated, raise a new case online and provide the following:
Name of the employee submitting the request.
The request date.
Name of approver that should receive the notification email.
Grant our support team access to your system.
