If users are not getting email approval notifications about the leave requests once the approver has processed the request, make sure the Spam or Junk folders are checked as the emails may be sent from our side but they are redirected to these inboxes.
πNote: If you received the PeopleHR emails in your Spam or Junk folder or simply do not receive these, ask your IT to whitelist the IP addresses and domains.
Where approvers are not receiving emails to authorise holidays this is similar to the above with additional areas to check.
