If the approver is blank or managers aren't receiving any holiday requests, this happens when the employee had PeopleHR open in two tabs at the same time when they made the request.

To resolve this, them employee should delete the request and resubmit the request. You should also check that the employee is assigned to an authorisation rule. To check this, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Click the relevant employee then click the Planner tab.
Click Settings then check the Authorisation Rule field.
If there's a rule assigned, to check the settings of the rule, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click the Authorisations tab.
Click the relevant rule then check that setup is correct.
