If bank holidays are showing incorrectly on the planner:

  1. Go to the user's profile and click the Employment tab.

  2. Check the Fixed Term End Date and if there is a date entered, any public holidays after this date will not be booked out of the planner. This would need to be removed or adjusted.

  3. If there is no date applied, go to the user's planner and hover over the public holiday dropdown.

  4. Select the Public Holiday template applied to their planner to set the template as blank. This is advised for the start of the holiday year or the date the public holidays have been applied to their planner.

  5. Go back to the public holiday dropdown and apply the Public Holiday template back to the employee's calendar. This is the date you want the public holidays to start from within the current holiday year.

If the values are still incorrect, after following the above steps, raise a new case online referencing the title of this article and confirm the following details:

  • The used holiday template. To see the holiday template:

    1. Click Access Button.

    2. Select Employees.

    3. Select the relevant employee.

    4. Go to Planner.

    5. Hover over Public Holidays.

  • Confirm that you're in the current holiday year.

  • A screenshot on the planner showing the wrong dates.

  • Employee's name who has this in their planner.

  • Access permission to your system.
