Complete a performance review as a manager

Complete my employees' performance reviews.

To complete an employee's performance review:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Select the relevant employee then click the Performance tab.

  3. Click Start a New Review then click Manager.

  4. Answer all questions then, to share this with the employee, click Share.

  5. Once both you and the employee have shared your sides of the review, click Close Review.

Depending on how your admin set up this performance review, you can invite the employee's colleagues to answer certain questions about the employee in the 360 tab.

When an employee fills a performance review, his manager and additional manager will have access to fill the manager section. However, only one manager review will appear. This means that the manager and the additional manager will have to write on the same review fields, they will not have separate fields for each of them.

The comment section in the performance review will record the name of the employee/manager/admin who has last modified or saved the comment.

If you amend the access rights on Employee Performance to View, managers won't be able to add comments on the manager section for their reports.

Performance reviews can not be closed or deleted in bulk, they have to be closed manually one by one.
