Set up a daily recap email

What's included in the daily recap emails sent to admins.

As an administrator, you can set up a daily recap email. To set this up:

  1. Click Settings then click Email.

  2. Turn on Daily Admin Email.

This daily email includes:

Your outstanding tasks

Any incomplete tasks that are past their due date.

All outstanding tasks

Outstanding tasks for all employees.

Bradford factor

Any employees that have exceeded their trigger point on the Bradford factor score.

Holidays

All employees' holidays in the next 30 days.

Other leave

Other leave records of all employees in the next 30 days.

Sickness

Historical sick leave with no return to work interview or medical certificate date.
